Intoxication Manslaughter

Hello, My uncle has been charged with intoxication manslaughter, in the san antonio, texas. He killed 68 year old man riding his scooter on the side of road. It happened at 1:45am, and yes my uncle was drinking. What can we expect to come from this? Will getting him a lawyer help his case? My uncle has never been in any trouble before

Re: Intoxication Manslaughter

As with the other two attorneys he absolutely needs an attorney to represent him. I would advise that firs, he has only 15 days from the date of arrest to request a hearing in an attempt to save his drivers license as well as helping his attorney with discovery. Your uncle needs to hire an attorney that handles nothing but DWI's and would tell you to call my office, ASAP.
