removing dwi

How can I remove a dwi from my record? It's been 20 years since the insident.

The only way you could have it removed from your record is if you were found not guilty or if the case was dismissed.

If you were found guilty you are stuck with it for life.

However, many years ago Texas did allow deferred probation for DWI's. If you satisfactory completed your probation and it was deferred you could file a Motion of Nondisclosure and that would hide it from any prospective employer from seeing you were arrested for a dwi.
