Legal Question in DUI Law in Texas

I got a wdi 2/09 I went to 3 or four court dates but my atorney never showup so like on the next court date I forgot to go then I dont know what is going to hapen to me I lost my job i am only working part time i dont have money for the attorney

I assume you got a "DWI" and "wdi" is just a typo.

I can't speak to why your attorney didn't show up.

You have a right to hire an attorney or have an attorney appointed to represent you.
