Legal Question in Elder Law in Texas

I have a child that has taken my father-in law car that he bought for us kids to drive them to doctor visits he goofed putting it in her name but Texas law for insurance told him. we have the bank check with a number of witness knowing she stoled it what can we do what should we file to get his car back he is 82 years his grand dather has rote check on his account keept his mail from him what kind of Attorney do we need

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking. Your question is not clear.

1. If the car title is in her name, then it belongs to her.

2. You need to consult with perhaps an attorney that handles perhaps "elder law" or estate planning or probate law.

3. If you have no money then you might try calling Houston Volunteer Lawyers Program at 713-228-0732 & asking for a pro bono attorney.

4. You might also try contacting Adult Protection Services if there is a possibility of elder abuse.

5. If theft is a problem, you can go to the Harris County District Attorney & file a criminal charge against the person.
