Someone is trying to file an injuction on me and I need legal advice. I also need help creating an intellectual property. I have so many question and I just don't know what to do. Your assistance is needed.

You have several issues, and you didn't really ask a question. What is the injunction about? Is it a temporary restraining order? Has a hearing been set? In what county is the matter pending?
