Musician recently learned that another recording
artist put out a CD and gave credit to two other
artists for the extensive work the musician
performed. What remedies are there? What steps
must the musician take. The CD is available in
the US, but the record company is overseas.

This is a question of several aspects, contract law to interpret what agreement the musician had with the CD producer and/or recording artist, work for hire laws, copyright registration and copyright infringement.
