Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i am 100% the father of my newly born child and the mother of my child will not let me see my child and i wasn't even allowed to see my daughter be born. Obviously my name is not on the birth certificate what rights do i have to see my baby?

You need to file a voluntary paternity action and formally establish the parent-child relationship between you and the child. Once that is done you will have the normal rights and duties that all parents have and the Court will enter orders for conservatorship, support and access.
