Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

1. A judgment was entered.

2. A problem was found.

3. A motion for judgment nunc pro tunc was filed with a proposed new judgment attached as an exhibit.

4. An order granting the nunc pro tunc was signed. For some unknown reason, the proposed nunc pro tunc judgment was attached again as an exhibit to the order. Instead of signing an independently filed order, the judge just signed the exhibit to the order granting the nunc pro tunc motion.

Is the signed exhibit a valid order?

If the judge signed it intending it to be a final order and the clerk filed it, then it's a final order.
