18 years of age
Can an 18 year old move out of parents house without parents permission? At this age can she/he make their owm life choices without the parents permission, and do whatever she/he pleases. Is their any law stating an 18 yar old is free from parents decisions?

At 18 you are legally an adult for most things except drinking. But that doesn't mean that you are experienced. For example, insurance companies know that it isn't until a male reaches the age of 30 that they have a good chance of having a long life. Be careful; your decision now will influence the rest of your life and we're kinda like a car where the mechanics and body shops are not very good and never have the right parts.
