Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

22 years old,when i was 18 my mother coerced me into signing papers that gave her power of attorney over me. how can i get power of attorney back? She's with-holding my state issued i.d.... and im not sure if she gets a disabilty check because she has lied about so much that i just dont know....

Revoke the POA. You can just send her a certified letter saying that you hereby immediately revoke the POA naming her as your agent. You should have the letter notarized and filed with the county clerk. Once it's filed, send a copy to whoever thinks she is your agent.
