Abandonment
About 6-weeks ago my husband left me. We have been married for 22 yrs. We have our Mortgage, credit cards, and other bills in both or just his name. He is not willingly paying any of this, and has not contacted me at all. Our children are grown. What are the laws on this, and what do you suggest I can do.

File for divorce and a TRO immediately! Get to court as quick as possible.
