Accidental bigamist.

I have gotten divorce after remarrying and want a statement that says my new marriage is valid. What should I do?

That's the law in Texas--that as soon as your prior marriage ended, the new marriage became effective. I suppose you could file for a declaratory judgment and have the judge issue a judgment to that effect.
