Im active duty military my spouse is a civilian. I recently filed for divorce but also found out I am pregnant but he is not the father. What are my options?

In your petition, you should state that a child was born during the marriage that was not a "product" of the marriage. Because there is a legal presumption that a child born during a marriage is a product of the marriage, you may have to take DNA tests.
