Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Adoption

I have joint adoption custody of my newborn son. I wanted to know if there was a law or statute that would allow me to change my mind on the adoption, because i was pressured into putting him up for an adoption.

Re: Adoption

You need to contact everyone involved immediately via certified mail, return receipt requested stating that you revoke all prior documents that you signed.

If there is an attorney ad litem appointed by the court, notify that person by telephone and via certified mail. You also need to file a copy of a document revoking all prior agreements.

You need an attorney to help you!

Good luck!
