annullment

is it possible to get an annullment in the state of texas? what if the person seeking the annullment is currently incarcerated and unable to be present for the hearing?

An annullment is available if the marriage was induced by fraud under a strict interpretation and if the marriage has not been consummated. Otherwise, you will have to get a divorce. Find yourself a lawyer.
