Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I was appointed possessory conservator of my children in 2006, how do I get papers modified to a managing conservator? I am the only provider in my home right now, and Im looking for help on how to do this. I love my children, and want full custody of them.

You need to go visit with an attorney about bringing a modification action to change custody. There will be many considerations involved, such as the age of the children and the Court involved.
