Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My aunt and uncle have been married for 30 years. They got married in Romania and moved to US in 1990. They have a house together and two vehicles (not paid off). Last week my aunt went to Austria to be with another man. Can my uncle sell the house without here being here? What would be the divorce process? Any advice would be appreciated.

Unless there are some special circumstances present, he can't sell the house without her.

He should file for divorce and get her served in Romania (it's not that difficult. I once served someone in Thailand).
