my baby daddy has possession of my child and wont give her back. what can i do.

Get a lawyer NOW. There are legal avenues you can pursue, but if he is the legal father of the child, he has much right to the child as you do. You need a court order, and you need a lawyer.

Yes you need to seek legal counsel. If you are not married to the father , his rights are not recognized until a court order is put in place.
