Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

ballpark average

I have filed for divorce and my only source of income is Veterans Disability Compensation at 100% and Social Security for my wife and three children. Any guess as to what my percentage would be from the two sources?

If you are asking about your child support, for 3 minor children it would be 30% of your "net resources". Net resources has been defined by the State of Texas Legislature. It includes ALL sources of income - investments, rentals and income.
