car payment responsibility
I am going thru a divorce, at the first hearing the court awarded wife custody of children and child support. We have two vehicles we are making payment on. The court indicated that she would keep a vehicle. The question is: Is she reponsible for making payments and maintain insurance?

Not without language in an Order of the Court requiring these payments.
