in the case of divorce

If a woman inherits money from her parents, is her spouse entitled to part of that in a divorce and would a pre-nup solve that issue?

Generally money given from parents to a child remains that child's money, but it can get complicated if the money is mixed with other funds in a community account because you have to then determine whether that money was spent first. A prenup or postnup or divorce agreement would solve this problem.
