Name Change
I would like to change my name back to my maiden name. I was divorced few years ago. I have lived in Texas for 10 years although I am not a US citizen. But I do have a Green Card. I have changed my name in my county of origin, which is Germany. What do I need to do in the United States to affect a name change here.

You should be able to file a petition for a name change as it is a good reason to request it.
