Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Change in custody/child support

How is a dollar amount for child support determined when the non- custodial parent is a remarried stay at home mother, e.i. producing no income? This will be the case if my child with ex moves to live with him( child is 14). My ex also owes many thousands in back child support,my case is in the enforcement process, how will this figure in? Thanks for the help.

Re: Change in custody/child support

How would you feel were it a dad who decided not to work? The issue is intentional underemployment and if healthy minimum wage at least should be applied, and more if she is capable of making more than minimum wage. It depends on your particular judge.
