How to check based on non custodial parent payments if payments were missed due to found out he sends them himself instead of court doc to his employer?

The Attorney General keeps records of child support payments. It is very likely that the child support order requires Dad to send the payments through the "registry" in San Antonio (the State Disbursement Unit). You check THEIR records of payments.
