child custody
the mother and father are married by commen law in lawrence kanses. they have 2 young children. they make around 13,000. they got into a fight the other night and he has a restraining order on him and she has the children. the grandmother practices witchcraft and is a danger to the children mentally and physically. so is the mother. if the father dosent get the kids i want to have custody. what should i do?

Your post doesn't mention your relationship to the children.
A custody fight is a difficult and expensive one. Contact CPS and hire a lawyer.
