Child Custody

i signed over full custody of my son to his father so thathe could get out of the military and after six months custody was to go back to me and that was a year ago his father took my son to another county to live with faternal grandparents i am trying to find out what i can do to get my son back and his father signed my son up for medicaid and now i owe 8000 to medicaid i am supposed to be providing insurance for my son

You need to hire an experienced Family Law attorney who knows or can associate with someone whe practices in the country where your son is living.
