My child was recently taken into cps custody we just got our court appointed attourney who seems unconcerned. Our visit with him has been cancelles because he has been sent to a psychatric hospital on a sat without comtacting us or getting a court order for alledgedly hitting the foster caretaker. Webelive the caretaker and possibly cps may be harming our child please tell me is there anything i can do? He is only 9 years old.

You can certainly fight the child-stealers, but you're going to need a good lawyer, and you should plan to pay him about $5,000.00 up front.
