Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Child Suport

My Ex wife lives in Ohio with our two children. She lives rent/bill/car payment free with her parents and sister who also support my children financially. Plus she refuses to let me have any contact with my children at all in order to claim me as a bad father. I live in Texas and pay rent, pay for my car and pay all my bills myself. Recently my child support that is taken out of my paycheck calculates to $1,044.00 a month. So my question is, should I be paying that much given the support she already receives, and me not being able to see or talk to my children?

Re: Child Suport

Hire an attorney and do an enforcement of your visitation rights. Nothing is going to happen unless you do something.
