child is eighteen and school attendance is below texas edu. code requirements. will not graduate unless she completes a diploma program

You will need to prove to a judge that her attending school is not leading to a diploma.

Otherwise, you must continue to pay child support.

You will definately need all school records. A letter from the registrar and/or principal would be helpful too.

Also, a copy of the school district's policy regarding attendance and qualifications to graduate.

In other words, the more evidence you have to back up your claim, the more likely you will be to succeed.
