child support

ok my brother has epelpsy hes 27 they wont allow him to get disability inless he actualy has a seizure in front of them because tho them hes a healthy adult basicly he cant really work and hes getting child support taken out and i dont think its fair if he cant even support himself because of the seizures and its making it hard for him to work he now has to go to court for the child support and the judge is most likly going to take the mothers side and not even hear my brother out is there anything i can do or anything we obiously dont have anymoney but maybe any documents he needs to take to the judge would help him?

Your brother's situtation is complicated, and needs further attention than only on a message board; however, his real need at this point is to be deemed disabled, and qualify for SSI. That determination would govern most of what happens later. Talk to a private SSI attorney -- many have workable fee schedules.
