child support case

i am a dad that has been buying, taking care, and supporting whatever my child needs she is 1yrand 5months old. her mother has filled child support on me. i work a full time job and a part time job also. my question is what other money can she get from me, and what if she changed her mined on filling the child support

It is commendable that you've provided well for your daughter. Under Texas law your daughter is entitled to child support. Assuming that you are not paying child support for any other children. Your daughter is entitled to 20% of your net income. The child's mom can drop the suit if she desires, but if she ever seeks public assistance such as Medicaid, food stamps, etc., the State of Texas will sue you for child support. The bottom line is, if you have a child in Texas, you have a legal obligation to support that child whether in your care or not.
