i am behind on child support and was given a date to make current, if i cant make the cut off date will they allow me moore time or am i faceing jail?

Depends on the court and the facts. You should be making payments to show that you are trying.

I would pay as much as I could.
However, if you are behind $1 you can be sent to jail.
If you have sold, pawned and borrowed every penny that you could, then you've done all you could. You will need to prove that you have nothing to sell and that you've done everything that you could to raise the funds to get current.
