Child Support Extension for College Education

What are the laws concerning the continuation of

child support past the age of 18 in order to

provide a college education for a graduating

senior?

Your decree should state when child support ends.

Sometimes, it will continue through high school

even if they turned 18 during the year. It normally

does not extend further, however decrees can state

different provisions, so read your decree carefully.
