child support

my husband pays nearly 500.00 a month in child support. we barely can live on what we bring home every month. someone was telling me that since the 3 kids he has are over 18 that we might could get the child support lowered or even dropped maybe . they live in hutchinson kansas. The mother never did not ever have the kids her mother took care of them. Is there anything we can do?

Re: child support

Unless the order provides for child support beyond the age of 18, there is no obligation for further child support. Check the order. Your H may have overpaid and be due a refund.
