child support
my lawyer calculated my child support from my year to date in october. my year to date was about 50,000 which made my child support $770. since then my paychecks have been going down and now i make about 800 net every two weeks. i can't afford to keep paying her that much money. can i take her to court to recalculate the child support feburary 1st 2006? will they use my year to date then even though they are only going off of 4 weeks pay? and if not how long do i have to wait to have it recalculated?
Re: child support
The court may use what you have the ability to make as a standard if they believe you are under-employed. If there is a substancial change in your income up or down you are able to go to court and request a change.
