child support

went with my lawyer & we supposed to have everything settles, when i and child mother, when infront of judge. he spoke for hte other part instead of me (client) he asked the judge she wants back child support. when she already accepted the deal of monthly payment and the judge order me to pay $2000.oo he stabbed me at last minute.

If that is an accurate description of what happened, first ask him why he did what he did. If you are still dissatisfied, get another lawyer to appeal the order (you have limited time to do so) and file a complaint against the first lawyer.
