Re: child support

A court is not likely to allow you to terminate your parental rights simply to avoid paying child support. You have to convince the court that terminating your parental rights is in the child's best interest. How is depriving your child of child support and inheritance rights in the child's best interest? I've yet to see a parent successfully terminate parental rights solely on the child support issue. However, if you're anxious to pay large legal fees to try, by all means contact an attorney. Heck, I'll travel to help you.
