child support question

i am 3 month pregnant and the father of my baby isnt with me anymore we are not married but i would like to know if its too early to file child support on him it seems that he wants nothing to do with me or the baby so i would also like to know if there is a way so that i can get full custody of the baby and also does it matter in the child support case if i dont put him in the birth certificate?

You are going to need to establish that he is the biological father of the child, and you can do that after the child's birth. Whether or not you get sole conservatorship of the child will be determined by the court. Once he either legally acknowledges paternity, or is proven to be the dad through a paternity test, he has the rights and duties of any parent, until a court rules otherwise. There are issues involved here which will require the assistance of an attorney, and you should locate one, and be prepared to go forward, by the time the baby is born.
