If I'm on child support and I have visitation rights but the mother is not letting me see my son, what do I do?

You can seek an enforcement order from the family court that has jurisdiction over your child to obtain visitation.

What you do NOT want to do is stop paying support. Your support obligation is independent of your visitation rights. Just because you are being improperly denied visitation does not mean your support obligation is terminated or suspended.
