Child Visitation
My Ex- husband and I divorced when My son was 16 months old and I was pregnant with our daughter. He got into some trouble and ended up in prison. needless to say my children are now 6 &8 and it has been six years since he paid any support or has even seen the children. I have been with my husband now since the children were 1 & 2 and we have a daughter, 3 yrs old. My ex husband has now decided to file for visitation. Does he have that right?

Of course, he has that right because he is the children's father. Might want to ask for limited, supervised visitation for some length of time. Good luck.
