Child's Last Name

If ex-wife keeps my last name after divorce and has a baby son by another man, can that baby use my last name?

Thanks for the question. If your wife kept her married name it is, in fact, HER name. She may choose to have her child carry her last name. The fact that she acquired the name from her marriage to you is irrelevant.
