Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

College education and my rights

Decree states I am to pay childs college education 100%, X & child have excluded me from process, only looking at private schools in the east, I can't afford them. Have funds for TX Public College, no chance of Financial Aid. Can I force them to stop process and let me redirect child to schools I can afford.
