Common Law?
I lived with my ex for 4 years. We have a child together and were engaged. I believe my auto insurance company put us as married to make my insurance cheaper.
I have read that there are 3 requirements to be common law in Texas. Have we met these 3 requirements? We are spliting up and she is threatening to take half of everything and I need to know if this is possible for her to do.
