Is it considered child abuse if i force my minor daughter to take morning after pill due to sexual indescretion.

I think you're talking about forcing a child to take a pill that she doesn't want to take.

You're talking about holding her down and shoving your fingers down her throat, then holding her mouth closed so that she can't spit out the pill.

Yes. That's child abuse.
