Co-singer
If you co-sign for a spouse and then get divorce and the court orders your ex-spouse to make the payments but you end up having to pay can you sue your ex-spouse for the money you used to make payments?

I assume you were a co-signor and not a singer!

Yes, you can now sue your ex-spouse.
