Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

How would a court get me my time back when my x moved an hour away with my children an I get thurs. 6-8. It is an hour there and an hour back. How with this work so I do not lose my time with my kids?

You would file a motion for modification, tell the court how the situation has changed, and tell how a change in the order would be in the best interest of your children.

Have you approached your ex about making some sort of ad hoc agreement to accommodate you?
