my cousin has a dauhter that herbaby is being removed by cps what can the grandmother do to make sure that the baby is retuned to her in an enviornment that isknow as the babies home

Have her contact the CPS case worker and express her desire to care for the child. CPS does want to place the child with relatives when they are able. However, if that does not work, she needs to hire an attorney and go to court to try to get temporary conservatorship.
