Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am the custodial parent. Ex husband is planning to take children on a vacation in December. He refuses to tell me where he is taking them. Can he take them without telling me where they are going?

Yes. Unless your order states otherwise, he can take the children on a vacation and doesn't have to tell you where he's going. He DOES have to keep you informed at all times of his home address (that WILL be in your order).
