Custody

I have a 2 month old. Her father and i were boyfriend and girlfriend and living together. Then we got into a arguement and he kicked me out with her. He does not contact me and has not given me a penny. He has called my mother and said he wanted her but has failed to call me. He says he does not want to talk to me at all or see me. It has been 2 weeks. Can i take his rights away if i take him to court? How do i do this? Isn't this abandonment?

Not likely you can take his 'rights' away because you had an argument. But, you could get him ordered to pay child support. Do it.
