Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My dad passed he had a will but he did not have it notarized before died. My brother shredded the will and now I'm left paying the taxes to save the house. What should I do? I paid the taxes on the house, I want to keep the house and everyone else wants to sale it. What steps can I take to get the house in my name.
